Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to feel safe buying from us. This policy is simple and we honour it without hassle.
1. Unused credits — refundable within 14 days
If you change your mind, you can request a full refund of any unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Email [email protected] from your account email and we will refund the unused portion to your original payment method.
2. Failed generations are always refunded — automatically
One credit produces one result. If a generation fails, is blocked by our safety checks, or does not return a result, the credit is automatically returned to your balance. You are never charged for something you did not receive, and you do not need to ask.
3. Credits already used
Because a successful generation delivers a finished digital good immediately, credits that have already produced a result are not refundable. If something went wrong with a result you paid for, tell us — we review every case fairly and make it right where we got it wrong.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account email. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds promptly, through our Merchant of Record to your original payment method.
